PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Baylor's women's swimming and diving program competes within the Big 12 Conference during the winter season at one of the nation's oldest Baptist universities, founded in 1845 and currently enrolling 20,626 students across its Waco campus. The Bears represent one of Texas's flagship athletic departments, with the swimming and diving team training year-round to compete at the Division I level against regional and national opponents. Athletes on the roster balance rigorous academic expectations typical of Baylor's institutional standards with the demanding training regimen required for collegiate swimming and diving excellence.
