LA SALLE EXPLORERS WOMEN'S SWIMMING & DIVING

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Located in Philadelphia's vibrant West Mount Airy neighborhood, La Salle University has fielded competitive swimming and diving programs since the university's founding in 1863, serving a student body of 3,285 undergraduates. The Explorers compete within the Atlantic 10 Conference, a mid-major league that sanctions winter swimming championships across multiple distance and specialty events. La Salle's program represents one of Philadelphia's longstanding collegiate aquatic traditions, competing throughout the fall and winter seasons in both pool and diving disciplines.

La Salle's women's swimmers and divers train year-round to compete across freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, individual medley, and relay events, with diving athletes specializing in platform and springboard competition. The program competes against other Atlantic 10 schools including Georgetown, Xavier, VCU, and George Mason in conference meets and championship tournaments.
