MORGAN STATE BEARS MEN'S GOLF

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Morgan State University in Baltimore has fielded a competitive golf program within the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference since establishing itself as one of the nation's historically Black universities in 1867. The Bears compete during the spring season, aligning with the MEAC's athletic schedule across the institution's 10,739-student enrollment. Operating from their home venue, the program maintains the traditions of one of Maryland's oldest institutions while developing student-athletes who balance academics with competitive golf at the Division I level.

The Bears represent Morgan State's commitment to expanding athletic opportunities beyond the football and basketball programs that traditionally draw attention to HBCUs.
