PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Located in Reno at an elevation of 4,500 feet, Nevada's softball program competes within the Mountain West Conference at a school founded in 1874 with a current enrollment of 20,945 students. The Wolf Pack leverage their high-altitude home advantage in spring competition, playing matches at their home facility while developing student-athletes from one of the West's most geographically distinctive campuses. Nevada's position in the Mountain West places them among regional competitors from schools across the Southwest and Mountain regions, competing for conference standings and postseason positioning.

Nevada softball operates within a competitive Division I environment where elevation and travel logistics shape conference play throughout the spring season.
