NORTH CAROLINA WILMINGTON SEAHAWKS WOMEN'S SOCCER

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Located in Wilmington, North Carolina, the Seahawks women's soccer program competes in the Coastal Athletic Association within NCAA Division I. The University of North Carolina Wilmington, established in 1947, serves an enrollment of 18,848 students and fields its women's soccer team during the fall season. The program operates at a mid-major level, competing against regional and conference opponents throughout the academic calendar.

Seahawks women's soccer maintains its home operations at the university's dedicated soccer venue while representing one of UNCW's athletic initiatives. The program draws from the surrounding Wilmington area and recruits regionally to build its roster for conference competition.
