NEW MEXICO STATE AGGIES MEN'S SWIMMING & DIVING

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

New Mexico State's swimming and diving program operates from Las Cruces, home to 22,711 students since the university's establishment in 1888. Competing in Conference USA at the Division I level, the Aggies represent one of the Mountain West region's few NCAA Division I swimming programs in an area where collegiate aquatics competition remains limited. Las Cruces sits at 4,700 feet elevation, a unique training environment that shapes the program's athletic development in the winter season.

As a Conference USA member, New Mexico State competes against programs primarily from Texas, Louisiana, and the broader Southeast, making the Aggies one of the westernmost representatives in their conference.
