NORTHEASTERN HUSKIES WOMEN'S SWIMMING & DIVING

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Northeastern's women's swimming and diving program competes within the Coastal Athletic Association as part of a university of nearly 40,000 students in Boston, one of the nation's most competitive collegiate swimming markets. Founded alongside Northeastern University in 1898, the Huskies represent a century-plus tradition of aquatic excellence in New England, where they face regular competition against other historic programs in the Northeast. The program fields a full roster competing across freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, individual medley, and diving events throughout the winter season.

As a Division I program, Northeastern's swimmers and divers train and compete at the university's home facility while balancing the academic rigor expected of students at an institution with nearly 40,000 enrolled.
