PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Stony Brook University's women's swimming and diving program competes as part of the Coastal Athletic Association within NCAA Division I, representing a campus of 27,252 students established in 1957 on Long Island. The Seawolves operate from a well-equipped home facility that serves as their training and competition headquarters throughout the winter season. Operating within the competitive CAA structure, the program maintains the rigorous training standards expected of Division I collegiate athletics while balancing the demands of a public research university.

Competing in the Northeast's challenging aquatic landscape, Stony Brook's swimmers and divers participate in an athletic conference that draws schools across the Mid-Atlantic region.
