OHIO STATE BUCKEYES BASEBALL
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Based in Columbus at a university founded in 1870 with an enrollment of 60,046 students, Ohio State fields a 85-player roster competing in Big Ten Conference baseball during the spring season. The program operates from its home venue and represents one of the largest student bodies supporting collegiate athletics in the Midwest. With Big Ten conference competition providing consistently competitive matchups, the Buckeyes baseball program draws resources from Ohio State's substantial athletic infrastructure and commitment to Division I-FBS athletics.
Coach Staff leads the Buckeyes baseball operation through a full spring schedule against conference rivals and non-conference opponents. The roster of 85 players reflects Ohio State's depth in recruiting and player development across multiple position groups and pitching specialties. Playing in one of college baseball's most competitive conferences, Ohio State competes against programs with strong baseball traditions and well-established fan bases throughout the Big Ten region.
