LAMAR CARDINALS WOMEN'S SWIMMING & DIVING

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Lamar University's women's swimming and diving program competes as part of the Southland Conference, representing the Beaumont campus where 18,050 students pursue degrees across the institution founded in 1923. The Cardinals swim during the winter season, joining one of the NCAA's most geographically diverse conferences that stretches across the South and into Texas. As a Division I-FCS program, Lamar's swimmers face competition from schools throughout the regional landscape while maintaining their home venue operations in Southeast Texas.

The program fields student-athletes across both swimming and diving disciplines, building competitive depth across multiple race distances and strokes. Lamar's roster competes in Southland Conference dual meets and championship competition, where the conference determines postseason qualification standards.
