Situated in Niagara Falls, New York, Niagara University fields 13 varsity sports across the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, drawing from an undergraduate population of 4,033 students at the institution founded in 1856. The Purple Eagles compete across a balanced roster that includes men's baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, and tennis alongside women's programs in basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball, cross country, golf, swimming and diving, and tennis.
