MARYLAND EASTERN SHORE HAWKS MEN'S TENNIS

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

University of Maryland Eastern Shore fields its men's tennis program from Princess Anne, Maryland, where the institution has operated since 1886 as a historically Black university. The Hawks compete in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference during the spring season, representing one of the oldest HBCU campuses on the Eastern Shore. Located in a region with strong tennis traditions, UMES brings competitive tennis to a community that has fostered educational excellence for nearly 140 years.

Maryland Eastern Shore's men's tennis program competes at the NCAA Division I level while balancing the demands of conference play within the MEAC structure. The Hawks utilize their home venue for matches throughout the spring season, giving student-athletes the advantage of familiar courts and home support.
